This course will take the form of a number of practical workshops looking at boat preparation, land drills, using conventional and asymmetric spinnakers.

Relevant theory will include 'apparent wind' and rig set-up.

For those sailors who have done the RYA Basic Skills course (formerly RYA Level 2) or at a similar standard.
