Rock Climbing

As with any adventurous activity safety is paramount and so all specialist equipment is provided, including helmets. Instruction is given by experienced professionals, who have considerable knowledge and understanding of teaching beginners safely. Please note that these courses are open to both juniors and adults.

The course is designed to teach the beginner to be at home with rock and rope.

This is a practical day of coaching which takes place at the nearby crag, Harrison's Rocks, Groombridge.

A packed lunch is required.
