Rock Climbing
As with any adventurous activity safety is paramount and we reduce the risk as much as we can in a number of ways: all specialist equipment is provided, including helmets; Instruction is given by experienced professionals, who have considerable knowledge and understanding of teaching beginners safely.

The course is designed to teach the beginner to be at home with rock and rope.
This is a practical day of coaching which takes place at the nearby crag, Harrison's Rocks, Groombridge.
A packed lunch is required.
Please note that this course is open to both juniors and adults.
